Scope and acceptance
These terms govern the DOMOD Admin and DOMOD Cliente applications and the features made available for each project. By accessing or using a feature, you confirm that you have read these terms and can accept the responsibilities described here.
The institutional website and its demo-request form are outside the scope of these terms; the form has its own disclosure at the point of collection.
Accounts and access
Each user must keep credentials confidential, provide accurate information, and report unauthorized use. Access may depend on an invitation, project relationship, or permission granted by the developer.
Anyone who enters information about another owner, signer, buyer, or participant confirms that they are authorized to do so and will provide only what is needed for the stated purpose.
Project, choices, and purchase
DOMOD provides tools to present options, save choices, organize configured values, and support purchase steps. The developer or project operator is responsible for project information, availability, prices, payment conditions, sale, delivery, and commercial service.
A floor-plan, room, option, or checkout selection is not by itself a promise of availability or a purchase contract. The instruments presented and signed by the parties, together with the project's conditions, take precedence over a preview shown in the platform.
Documents and signatures
Documents may be prepared by the developer and sent for signature through an external provider such as Clicksign. Validity, content, deadlines, and legal effects depend on the document, environment, and project parties. Test or demonstration environments may show documents without legal effect; a preview does not replace the contract or project guidance.
Appointments and calendars
DOMOD Cliente may allow users to view times and create, reschedule, or cancel visits according to the project's rules and availability. DOMOD Admin may configure availability, manage records, and connect an organization calendar.
When connecting Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, the authorized user grants the provider's permissions and must have authority to connect the organization's calendar. Synchronization depends on the provider, permissions, and project configuration; failures or delays may occur.
See the Privacy Policy for the data accessed by that integration and how to disconnect it.
Third-party services
The platform may use external services for signatures, email, storage, calendars, messaging, and content. Those services have their own terms, which apply when you follow a link or authorize an integration.
Acceptable use and ownership
You must use the platform lawfully, respectfully, and consistently with its stated purpose. You may not access another person's account, bypass permissions, interfere with the service, send malicious code, copy protected content, or use third-party data without authorization.
DOMOD and its licensors retain rights in the platform, brands, interfaces, and materials that do not belong to the project or user. Feature access does not transfer those rights.
Availability, suspension, and changes
We may fix, update, suspend, or discontinue a feature for maintenance, security, project configuration, or legal requirements. Access may also be limited when there is a risk, misuse, loss of authorization, or a request from the project operator.
Features are provided subject to availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. The developer remains responsible for the sale, project, and documents it issues.
Contact and applicable version
Send questions about these terms to contato@domod.com.br. We may update the text when the service or law changes; the date identifies the current version.
The Portuguese version is the reference version. The English version is provided to make the documents easier to access.
